Jim has worked in cutting rooms for over 20 years. After studying film at university he went on to work as an Assistant Editor on both films and television. He became an Assembly Editor for Paul Knight on several productions, including Bleak House which won the BAFTA for Editing.

Since 2006 Jim has worked as an Editor on shows such as Sex Education, Everything Now, Shameless and This Way Up.
